What DeepCoach may process
DeepCoach may process ACC driver name, Discord user ID/account link, lap times, valid or invalid lap status, car, track and session info, telemetry and coaching data, IP addresses/server logs, uploaded setups/liveries, teams and race registrations.
Why the data is used
The data is used to run the community features, link Discord accounts to DeepCoach driver identities, show records and rankings, support teams/races/garage sharing, diagnose errors and improve coaching features.
What live status may show
Public live status may show current ACC driver count, total ACC players ever and total DeepCoach client profiles. It does not show driver IDs, raw telemetry or private profile data.
What rankings may show
The public leaderboard may show sanitized valid lap rankings. Public leaderboard opt-out or deletion requests can be made by email or Discord ticket.
What should not be public
Raw telemetry, upload tokens, local file paths, private hashes, internal driver identifiers, recording identifiers and private server data should not be exposed on the public website.
How long data is kept
Data is kept until a user asks for deletion, unless a shorter technical retention applies or the data is needed temporarily for security, troubleshooting or community moderation.
How to request deletion
Request deletion by email or Discord ticket. Include enough information to identify your DeepCoach/ACC profile and Discord account link.
Discord, analytics and hosting
Discord is used for community, linking, roles, teams, garage sharing and race registrations. The website may use Google Analytics and Cloudflare analytics. These services have their own privacy terms.
